How to apply


Application Procedure
 
(1)  Fill in Application Form or download the Form to complete. 

(2)  Enclose the following items together with the completed application form with authorized signature and company chop: 
  • A copy of valid Money Lenders License
  • Appropriate admission fee and annual fee*, payable to, “The Hong Kong S.A.R. Licensed Money Lenders Association Limited”
 
And send to:

Admission fee and annual fee is calculated based on the numbers of branch (as at the date of application) operated by the applicant.Details of which are as follows:

(3)  The Secretariat of LMLA will initially assess the application and, if it is deemed as necessary, invite the related personnel of the applicant for an interview so as to further understand the company background and respective information of the applicant (including information of shareholders and nature of business, etc.). 

(4)  The Executive Committee of LMLA will review and make final decision on the application. Successful applicant will be notified by mail or email.
