1. Overview of organizational structure

The Hong Kong S.A.R. Licensed Money Lenders Association Ltd. (“LMLA”) is incorporated as a company limited by guarantee. The overview of LMLA’s organizational structure is as follow:

2. Executive Committee

The Executive Committee, which is the highest governing body of LMLA, participates in decision-making and management of LMLA. Secretary and Treasurer are responsible for supervising the secretarial activities of LMLA and keeping the accounts of LMLA respectively as directed by the Executive Committee from time to time.

3. Other committees and working groups

Specialized committees or working groups may set up as directed by Executive Committee to conduct studies and make recommendations for specific topics, for example, reviewing code of practice.
